If you wish to return your purchase for a refund you may do so in two ways:
In-Store Returns:
Be sure to bring the receipt included in your shipment within 30 days of purchase as well as the original packaging.
Mailing Returns:
Obtain return authorization number then mail your item back in the original shipping box to:

Include a copy of your packing slip in the box. Write your order number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for the return postage cost and knowing the tracking information.3
Once Kelley's Pace receives the return, the card used for payment will be credited within three business days of when we receive your return.
1. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new condition with original packaging to receive a refund via the original form of payment. Any items returned in used condition will be issued store credit or exchanged for a product of equal value. *Restrictions apply - please speak to your running consultant for details.
2. Kelley's Pace reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges made for a purchase.
3. Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items.
4. After one exchange any returns will be for Store Credit.
